Jennifer began her career as a model in New York City. After modeling she worked as an assistant casting director for Action Casting in Wilmington, N.C. During her years with Action Casting, Jennifer assisted on numerous films and TV movies. Working with great actors such as Robert Duvall, Laura Dern, Diane Ladd, Danny Aiello, Anthony LaPagilia, Nick Nolte and Richard Chamberlain. She worked with Disney, Paramount, 20th Century Fox and many other production houses. Jennifer has been a modeling and talent agent in Kansas City for the past 19 years. She founded Exposure Model & Talent Agency, Inc 15 years ago. Many of Jennifer’s models and actors work nationally and internationally. Mrs. Mangan was a 2007 Women Who Mean Business Program Honoree, as well as the recipient of Midwest CEO’SMagazine’s –“Most Influential Woman of 2009”.
